- Arrange Screening Interviews via telephone or zoom depending on Job role
- Conduct screening interviews with a written record

- Invite shortlist candidates to a face-to-face interview with Line Manager
- Reject unsuccessful candidates
- Invite final shortlist to 2nd interview with MD / Line Manager
