Choosing to work with us on a Pay As You Go basis means that you can pick up the phone or email us when you need help and we will charge you for the time we spend at a cost of £150+VAT per hour.
We also charge a fixed price for support with specific ad-hoc HR requirements, such as dealing with a Grievance or Disciplinary issue. This enables you to stay in control of your spending. Contact the team for further pricing details.

Taking on your first employees is a big step! We will guide you through the initial phase and ensure you are legally compliant by providing Contracts of Employment, Job Descriptions, an HR admin starter pack, plus 3 months of unlimited support via phone and email, to guide you and your new employees through the Induction process and Probationary period.
Retained HR support from £175+VAT per month
Unlimited HR advice and support via phone and email, plus additional essential documentation.
For a fixed monthly fee, we provide unlimited HR advice and support via phone, email and video conference, plus one on-site Director’s meeting per year. We guarantee to respond within 2-4 hours, to any query or issue you may have. In addition we provide all of the essential documentation such as Contracts of Employment, a Staff Handbook, all relevant HR policies and procedures. These will also be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect any changes in Employment legislation.
